Henry Rattray< no role > of the Inner Temple London Gentleman maketh Oath that
he was present and did see William Chisholm< no role > of the Parish of Saint James within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex Yeoman the Prosecutor of and named
in a certain Indictment against Henry Lovett Hall< no role > late of the Parish of Saint James
within the liberty of Westminster in the County of Middlesex Esquire George Calvert< no role > late
of the Same Esquire and Nathaniel Webb< no role > late of the Same Esquire duly Sign Seal and
as his Act and Deed deliver the General Release in part Written and in part printed on
the other Side of this paper or hereunto Annexed and that the Name William Chisholm
Subscribed to the said William Chisholm< no role > and that the Names of W: Mitton and of this
Deponent Subscribed to the said General Release as Witnesses to the Execution
thereof are of the said William Mitton< no role > and this Deponents own proper respective
hands Writing.
