To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex in their General Sessions of the Peace
Assembled.

The Humble Petition and appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a pass Warrant or Order
under the Hands and Seals of Sir George Booth< no role > and William
Blackborow
< no role > Esquire two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace Acting
in and for the said County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the twenty Ninth Day of November now last past
Mary< no role > the Wife of Hill Skilton< no role > Smith was removed and conveyed
from and out of the parish of Saint James at Clerkenwell in the County
of Middlesex to the said parish of Saint Paul Shadwell as the Place of
the last legal Settlement of the said Mary Skilton< no role >

Your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the Adjudication of the said two
Justices and therefore Humbly Appeal to this
Court against the same

And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
