Sheweth
That by an Order under the hands and seals of Sir

and W Blackborow Esquire, two
of his Majesty's Justices of the peace in and for the County
of Middlesex
(one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the 24th. day of January last past
Mary Patchet< no role >
Singlewoman
was removed and conveyed from and out
of the Parish of Saint James Clerkenwell
in the said
County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint Andrew
Holborn in the City of London
as the place of the last
legal Settlement of the said Mary Patchet whereby
Your Petitioners concieve themselves to be aggrieved
and against the said Order do appeal
Your Petitioners therefore humbly pray relief
in the premises and that the Benefit of this their
said Appeal may be saved unto them until the
next General Session of the peace to be holden
for the said County of Middlesex
And your Petitioners shall ever Pray
