Several Plans and Estimates therein referr'd to and that the same
be considered on the County day of the next Session, and that
notice be thereof given by Letter to His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for this Countywhich being Seconded was carried in the
affirmative.

Ordered That the Clerk of the Peace for this County do
draw out and produce on the County day of the next Session all
Orders and proceedings of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
this County relative to the employing of Jacob Leroux< no role > Esq
as Surveyor or otherwise in or about the House or Houses of
Correction for this County.

It having been stated to the Court on behalf of Mrs
Eyles that it was apprehended that there was some mistake in
the Account of the Cottage Money to her prejudice

Resolved That Mrs Eyles do pay to Mr Hall the Sum of
Twenty pounds infull of the Balance due from her late Husband
deceased on that Account and that a New Account be opened of
the Cottage Money

The Chairman laid before the Court a Copy of the Act of
Parliament for raising the Money for defraying the expence of
Building the House of Correction and the same was Read

Ordered that the sum of Forty pounds being one years
Salary due on the day oflast to Edward Hall< no role > as
Housekeeper of the Sessions House for this County be paid to his

of Accounts.
