Street Wapping in the County of Middlesex Tallow
chandler one of the Bail for the Defendants Maketh
Oath and saith that the above Named Defendants
took out their Venire to try the Indictment of this
present Session but by Neglect of their Attorney
Serving Notice of trial their trial could not come
on And further Deposeth he has good Reason to
believe that this mistake was made through
Ignorance and not towards Justice And also
on his Oath saith he verily believes the Defend
will take the Necessary Steps to come in and
try their Traverse at the next Sessions
