for an Assault

James Scott< no role > the Prosecutor in this Cause maketh Oath
that an Indictment was preferred and found by this Deponent
against the above named Defendant for an Assault at the last
January Session held at the Session House Clerkewell in and for
the County of Middlesex to which Indictment the said
Deponent William Bainbridge< no role > appreared and Pleaded and
put in Bail at that Session to try his Traverse on the said
Indictment at this present February Session which he has
not done And this Deponent Saith that the said Defendant
has not Sued out any Venre in this Cause neither
has he nor any Person for him given or left any
notice to or for this Deponent or any Person on his
behalf to try his Traverse to the said Indictment at
this present Session as he ought to have done as
this Deponent is advised and believes
