for and on behalf themselves and the rest of his Majestys Justices for the
Peace for the said County their Sucessors and Assignes do hereby Covenant
Promise an agree to and with the said his Heirs
Executors or Administrators in manner and from following (that is to
say) that he the said his Heirs Executors or
Administrators well and truly observing performing fulfilling and keeping
all and singular the Covenants Articles Clauses and agreements hereinbefore
mentioned and continued on his and their Parts and behalf to be
Observed Performed fulfilled and kept according to the time intent and
meaning of these Presents they the said Justices of the Peace shall and
will within the space of One Month after the whole of the said
is interely finished and Compleated to the Satisfaction of the said
Clerk of the Works for the time being on his certifying under his hand that
all the said is entirely furnished and compleated according to the
true intent and meaning of these Presents well and truly pay or cause to be
Paid unto the said his Heirs Executors is Administrators
all such Sum or Sums of Money as the said Work so certified to be done
and performed as aforesaid shall upon a just and fair admeasurement
at and after the Rate of the several Prices mentioned expressed and
Contained in the Schedule of Prices hereunto annexed It being hereby
