The examination of Benjamin Dixon Cook< no role > a Rogue and Vagabond taken upon
oath before me John Robinson< no role > Esquire me of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
Acting in and for the said County this 15th day of January 1793

Tho says that he was born in he Parish of Scotto in the County of Norfolk
that about three years and a quarter ago his father went to live at a Farm
which he rented at Sutton in Suffolk at athe Yearly Rent of one Hundred
and fifty Pounds or two Hundred Pounds and was Rated to and Paid the
Taxes that his father had there between three and four Months and
then did that he this Examinant never was bound Apprentices or lived
as a Yearly hired Servant with any person one whole year or did any
A of whereby to gain a Legal settlement in his non Right
