maketh Oath and Saith that the above is a true and just
Account according to the best of his Knowledge and belief and that
he is entitled to the Fee of Fourteen Shillings and Ten Pence for
each and every person mentioned in the said account and this
Deponent further Saith that he has Expended for the purposes
aforesaid the Sum of Sixty two Pounds Twelve Shillings and
Seven Pence

Sworn in Open Court at the General
Quarter Session of the peace held for the County
of Middlesex at the Session House for the said County
by adjournment on Wednesday the 10th. day of
april 1793}
