MIDDLESEX .


At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord
the King, holden in and for the County of Middlesex , at the Session
House for the said County, (by adjournment) on Saturday
the Fifteenth Day of July in the Thirty seventh
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of
Great Britain, etc. Before William Mainwaring< no role > , William
Bleamire
< no role > , John Warner< no role > , William Hyde< no role >

Esquires , and others their Fellows, Justices of our said Lord the King,
assigned to keep the Peace in County aforesaid; and also to hear and
determine divers Felonies, Trepasses and other Misdemeanours com-
mitted in the same County.

It appearing to this Court that the Constables and Headboroughs
of the several Parishes Hamlets and Places within this County where Officers
and Soldiers of the Foot Guarets are Billetted and Quartered have not
returned to the General Quarter Session of the peace Lists signes by them
respectively of all such Houses together with the number of Persons inhabiting
the same within their respective Districts as are subject and liable to receive
such Officers and Soldiertogether with the Number of Persons inhabiting the
same within their respective Districts as are subject and liable to receive such
Officers and Soldiers
together with the Number of all such Officers and Soldiers
as are Quartered and Billetted in each House respectively pursuant to the directions
of the Statute in that Case made and provided It is Ordered by this Court that
Jones Bathe< no role > Constable of the Dutchy Liberty
Samuel Bridgman< no role > Gentleman High Constable of Finsbury Division Dv.
make out and deliver upon Oath to the Justices of the peace for this County at the
next General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the said County at the Session
house upon Clerkenwell Green on Monday the 23d. day of October next a true List
signed by him of all such Houses together with the Number of all such Persons
respectively Inhabiting the same with in his Division the said liberty as are subject and
liable by the said Act to Receive such Officers and Soldiers together with the
Number of all such Officers and Soldiers as are Quartered and Billetted in
each House respectively to Remain with the Clerk of the Peace for this county
as the Law directs.
