WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto us;' Two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace , in and for the County of Middlesex , aforesaid,
(One whereof being of the Quorum,) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Botolph, without Aldgate , That Ann
Ross< no role > the Widow of John Ross< no role > decd & her Child John< no role > aged
about Ten years the lawful issue by her said Husband

lately intruded and came into the said Parish of Saint Botolph, without Ald-
gate , and are become chargeable to the same: We,
the said Justices, upon the Examination of the Premises, upon Oath, and
other Circumstances, do adjudge the same to be true, and do also adjudge
the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said Ann Ross< no role > & her said Child
to be in the Hamlet of Ratcliff in the Parish of St. Dunstan
Stepney in the County of Middlesex

These are, therefore, in His Majesty's Name, to require you, the said Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Botolph, without
Aldgate , on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the said Ann Ross< no role > &
her Said Child

from and out of your said Parish of Saint Botolph, without Aldgate , to the
saidParish of Hamlet of Ratcliffe
and then deliver unto the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or One of them, together with
this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, who are hereby required to receive
and provide for them according to Law. Given under our Hands and
Seals, this Tenth Day of Feby One Thousand Seven
