In Consequence of ye Litter with which [..] l
( [..] of ye sessions) was Lononred by St. George, a Day
was specialty set apart by adjournment for the most immate [..]
Investigation of the Circumstances, which produced ye Escape of the
Mutineers from ye Ho. of Cor. A very large meeting of Magistrates
was holden on ye Occasion; & the Governor & his Servants were part
:ticularly examined, whose Las [..] [..] satisfied ye Court, that there escape
was [..] nor occasioned by any ritful Negligance in himself or them [..] ;but such for
Exertion of hot & Contrivance [..] made use of on ye Past of ye Prisrs: as us ordinaery Fortnight contd present

The Court use of Opinion, that that Escape [..] effected
by Means of an improper Communication with [..] some Person or Persons
without ye Prison; [..] against [..] which ye utmost [..] Vigilance two [..] found [..]
It [..] is an established Rate, that as Letter shape to brought in or carried
without bring inspected by ye Governor, not this Rate must in this Inst [..]
has been Eluded. The Court have no Hesitation in pronouncing, that no person
Blame attaches to ye Governor; They have Reason to approve [..] Indepet [..]
Industrywch he has takenin endeavouring to name Rom; & they are not without [..]
than they with some to taken
