Unlawfully and injurinously Keeping and Maintaing
a certain common Gaming House there situate for him
wicked Lucre and Gain; on the 1st. day of April last and
on divers other days and times between that day the
taking the Inquisition: and causing and procuring and
permitting and suffering divers idle and evil disposed
persons to frequent and come together to game and pray
at a certain unlawful Game called Rouge it Noix otherwise

The Inhabitants of the Parish of Saint Matthew Bethnal Green
For a Certain Nuisance in not repairing part of a
Certain common and ancient kings Highway leading
from the Village of Old Ford in the Parish of Saint Mary
Strasford Bow towards and unto the City of London
called Old Ford Lane. beginning at a certain Boundary
Stone situate in the said Highway at the Confines of the
parish of Saint Mary Stratford Bors aforesaid and
ending at the corner of a Lane leading from and out of the
said Highway to Bonners Hall in the Parish of Saint
Matthew Bethnal Green ; Containing in length One Mill
and two furlongs and in breadth 25 Feet the same
being very recinous Miry deep broken and in such
