Shoemaker maketh Oath and Saith that on the Eleventh
day of October last he became Bail at the Public office
Great Marlborough Street for the appearance of Jane< no role > wife
of Joseph Minshaw< no role > at the then next Sessions for the City and
liberty of Westminster for Assaulting and Retreating Martha
Boggest
< no role > And this Deponent also saith the Recognizance he
so Entered into was taken to appear at the Westminster Sessions
and not at the Middlesex Session where the same has been
Returned by mistake, the Assault having actually taken place
in the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square , as appears
by the Entry thereof in the Bail Book at the said Public
Office Great Marlborough Street
