John Shepperd< no role > of Hyde Street in
the Parish of Saint George Bloomsbury in the
County of Middlesex Gentleman Maketh Oath That
on the fourth day of October Instant he was present
with and did see the within named John Smith< no role > and
Mary Smith< no role > his Wife Sign Seal deliver and in due
form of Law execute the Release within written
And that the Names "Mary Smith< no role > " and "J. Smith
thereunto written are of the proper hand writing of
them the said John Smith< no role > and Mary Smith< no role > respectively
And that the Name "J. Shepperd thereunder written as
a subscribing Witness is of the proper Hand Writing
of this Deponent
