Under this latter Ground it is hoped you will be able to Succeed to Quash the Conviction

The Copy of the Conviction annexed hereto was taken & Minutely Examined by Mr. Taylor
Atty of Lyons Inn whilst in the hands of the Constable who had the Original Convection and
Notice of Distress in the House of the Deft & it is hoped if any Alleratn. or Amendment is Made in
such Convict Since that time yet that the Evidence of Mr Taylor as to cts being an exact
Literal & True Copy of the Conviction as it then Stood will be good Evidence of the fact

The Notice of Appeal of which you have a Copy will if the Magistrate will not admit
it be also proved by Mr. Taylor to be Served on the Prosect for Mr Joseph Sowerby< no role > & Mr Keiby-
