The Minutes of the proceedings of the several Meetings of the
Grand Committee held since the 20th. day of July 1803 were also read
and approved.

The Treasurer's Accounts ending the 31st. day of Decemr.
1803 which had been duly audited being presented to the Court were approved
and allowed.
