To the Constable of the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr.
in the County of Middlesex and also to the Governor or
Master of the House of Correction at theTown of
Tothill Fields in and for the said County; and likewise to all
Governors or Master of all Houses of Correction, whom it
may concern, to receive and convey.

WHEREAS Mary Griffith< no role > Widow
was

apprehended in the said Parish of St. Margaret Westmr. there
Wandering and begging
asRogue andVagabond and brought before Me One of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices
of the Peace in and for the saidCou C ity of Westmr. and upon Examination of
the said Mary Griffith< no role >
taken before me upon Oath, it doth appear, that she is Rogue
and
Vagabond within the true Intent and Meaning of the Statute in that Case
made and provided; and that her last legal Settlement is at Bell fast
in the Kingdom of Ireland.

THESE are therefore to require you the said Constable of convey the said
Mary Griffith< no role >
to the said House of Correction , atthe Tothill of Tothill Fields aforesaid: And [..]
said Governor or Master of the House of Correction , to receive said
Mary Griffith< no role >
into your Custody, and her to
convey, or cause to be conveyed to the House of Correction at the Town of
Saint Albans in and for the County of Hertford
being the first House of Correction in the next County, in the direct Way to
Bell fast in Ireland aforesaid; and in like Manner every other Governer
or Master of ever House of Correction to whom it may belong, to convey the
said Mary Grifith< no role >
from House of Correction to House of
Correction, Until she shall arrive at the House of
Correction belonging to the Countyof Palatine of Lancaster
and the said Master or Governor of the said House of
Correction last mentioned, is hereby required to apply to some Justice of the
Peace of the said Countyof Palatine of Lancaster for a Warrant to the
Master of any Ship or Vessel bound for ireland that shal
lie in the said County of Palatine of Lancaster to take on board the same
the said Mary Griffith< no role >
and convey her to such Place in Ireland
as such Ship or Vessel shall be bound to, or shall arrive at.

Given under My Hand and Seal this 29th. Day of May
in the Year of our LORD One Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty two.
