The Examination of John Coup< no role >
a Rogue and Vagabond touching his
Settlement

Whobeing [..] upon his Oath Saith That he is about
43 Years of Age and hath never done any Act
Whereby to gain a legal Settlement in any Parish
or place in his own right That his Father John
Coup was an Inhabitant legally settled in the
Parish of Samsbury near Preston in the County of
Lancaster , by renting and occupying a Messuage
and [..] Tenement and Premes in that Parish
for several years at the yearly Rent of Ten
Pounds and upwards, and until his death
