to inquire for our said Lord the King, when, how, and by what Means the said Peter Flannakin<lb></lb>
came to his Death, do upon their Oath say, That on the thirtieth day of April in the Year aforesaid, at the<lb></lb>

being riding upon a certain Grey Mare, in a certain Road or Place called Pimlies, situate in the<lb></lb>
Parish, Liberty, and County, last abovementioned, And the said Peter Flannakin then and there driving<lb></lb>
and forcing the said Mare to go forwards with great Violence, and being Intoxicated and in Liquor,<lb></lb>
It so happened that the said Peter Flannakin then and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fell from<lb></lb>
off the Back of the said Mare unto the Ground, whereby the said Peter Flannakin did then and there receive on<lb></lb>
Mortal Wound on the fore part of the Head of him the said Peter Flannakin, of which said Mortal Wound he the said<lb></lb>

from the said thirtieth day of April in the Year aforesaid until the fifth day of May in the same Year did languish, and<lb></lb>
languishing did live, on which said fifth day of May in the Year aforesaid, he the said Peter Flannakin at the Hospital aforesaid, of the<lb></lb>
Mortal Wound aforesaid, died, And so the Jurors aforesaid, upon their Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said Peter Flannakin in<lb></lb>
Manner and by the Means aforesaid, Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune came to his Death, and not otherwise. In Witness whereof<lb></lb>
