at the Parish of St. Margaret in the City & Liberty
of Westminster taken on View of the Body of
Peter Flannakin< no role > lying Dead in the said Parish

Robert Briscoe< no role > Surgeon , Assistant to Mrs. Watson Surgeon
to the Infirmary in James Street Westmr. on his Oath saith
That on Saturday last in the Evening the Deced was brought
to said Infirmary as a Casualty, says that he saw deced
Monday, when he observed a very large Wound on the
fore part of the Head and the Scull laid bare, (but us fracture) says that the
deced's Wound was then dressed, says that he dressed said
Deced's Wound again on Thursday Morning, and called
againinthat Afternoon to see how the Deced was, when
he found him Dead, and was informed he had been Dead
about half an hour, Deponent says that Deced was Delirious
on Thursday when he dressed his Wound, and was informed
that he had been so on Wednesday Night, Says that Deced
complained of a difficulty in breathing, and believes
that deced had reced some internal Bruise, Says that
deced informed him that he had reced the Wound and his head and Bruise
in the Body by being flung off a Horse, at the Turnpike at Pimlico
in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square Margareton Saturday last, Deponent
says that he verily believes that the said Wound and
Bruise occasioned the Death of the Deced.

Stable Keeper on her Oath saith, That on Saturday last in the
Afternoon, two Men (unknown to Deponent) come into her
Husbands Yard, and desired leave to put up a Bay Horse
and (as she believes) a Grey More, which was done and after
staying there some short time, enquired if any Person wod.
take the Horse and Mareto Geo(as Deponent thinks) to
Bond Street , upon which Deced agreed to go, and had
six pence & part of a Pot of Beer for going, says that
before deced went out of the Yard, One of the Men
unknown, desired him not to ride the Grey Mare but
