to the Infirmary in James Street Westmr. on his Oath saith<lb></lb>
That on Saturday last in the Evening the Deced was brought<lb></lb>
to said Infirmary as a Casualty, says that he saw deced<lb></lb>
Monday, when he observed a very large Wound on the<lb></lb>
fore part of the Head and the Scull laid bare, (but us fracture) says that the<lb></lb>
deced's Wound was then dressed, says that he dressed said<lb></lb>
Deced's Wound again on Thursday Morning, and called<lb></lb>

that Afternoon to see how the Deced was, when<lb></lb>
he found him Dead, and was informed he had been Dead<lb></lb>
about half an hour, Deponent says that Deced was Delirious<lb></lb>
on Thursday when he dressed his Wound, and was informed<lb></lb>
that he had been so on Wednesday Night, Says that Deced<lb></lb>
complained of a difficulty in breathing, and believes<lb></lb>
that deced had reced some internal Bruise, Says that<lb></lb>
deced informed him that he had reced the Wound and his head and Bruise<lb></lb>
in the Body by being flung off a Horse, at the Turnpike at <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65203_geo360">Pimlico</rs>

Husbands Yard, and desired leave to put up a Bay Horse<lb></lb>
and (as she believes) a Grey More, which was done and after<lb></lb>
staying there some short time, enquired if any Person wod.<lb></lb>
