Oxford Market Mason on her Oath saith that
on Saturday afternoon the deced informed Dept. that
Mr. Graves (meaning the deceds Master) had ordered
deced to buy some thing to poison the Rats, but that
the Apothecary had refused to let her have it unless
she brot. some other person with her, and the deced
asked Dept. to go along with her upon which Dept.
went with deced to Mr. Frankland's an Apothecary
in Oxford Street , and Dept. informed Mr. Frankland
that the deced had told her, she was sent by her
Master for Something to poison the Rats upon
which Mr. Frankland ordered his Servant to serve them
with two penny worth of Something, which Dept.
cannot recollect what, dept says sheshetook it up, and said
she had a great Mind to deliver it to deceds Master
Says that the deced went home with deced Dept. and
that with which they were served, was left with
Dept. while the deced went to her Mother's and
on her Return she asked for the paper (in which was
contained what was served by the Apothecary ) and upon
Dept. taking it up and saying she wod give it to Mr.
Ayres, the deced snatched it out of her Hand, and
ran away down Stairs. Says that they having some Suspicion
thatthe deced had a bad Intent, she went to Mr. Graver's
and his Servant called the deced out to Dept. who came
out and Shut the Door, and on Dept. taxing her with
a bad Intent and asking her for the Paper, she said
she was going for a pint of Beer, and that Mr.
Ayres had sent for her to sup with him, and on
further asking for the Paper and expressing an
uneasiness, the deced informed Dept. that she had
given it to Mr. Graves. and Dept. parted with deced
Mr. Ayres's Door.

James Mould< no role > of John Street Oxford Market Mason
on his Oath saith that

Thomas Graves< no role > of Maddox Street Carpenter on
his Oath Saith that last Saturday night upon
being knocked up, upon a Suspicion of the deced
who was Depts. Servant, having poisoned herself,
Dept. went to her Room and on Searching the
Bed he found a Tin pot in which was something
which proved to be arsenick, says the deced
made an Attempt to take it out of Depts Hand
to take Some of it, says Mr. Frankland the Apothecary
Servt. was sent for, the and Some Sweet Oil was
[..] ministerced to the deced, and hot water in order
to Vomit her, says he left the deced to the care
of other [..] the Apothecary and went to bed, says she dyed
between ten and eleven on the Sunday Morning.

Ayres
< no role > Victualler on his Oath Saith that on Saturday
night last he went to Mr. Graves there being a
Strong Suspicion that the Deced had Poisoned herself
and taxed the deced therewith, and she O' [..]
it, and that he could do her no good, and informed
the Dept. the Neighbours had taken away her
Character and that she was better out of the
World than in it. says on Saturday last When dept.
walked out with deced she appeared more
uneasy then usual.
