Mary Macglouson came to his Death, do upon their Oath say, That on the Eleventh day of May<lb></lb>

within the City Liberty and County aforesaid; And the said <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65203_n442-14">Thomas Greaves</rs>

and leading one of the said Horses, so drawing the said loaded Cart as aforesaid, by the House, wherein<lb></lb>
the said Mary Macglouson lived, situate in little Peter Street aforesaid; It so happened that the said<lb></lb>
Mary Macglouson came out of the said House into the said Street, and then and there Accidentally<lb></lb>
Casually and by Misfortune slipt in her feet and fell to the Ground, near unto the Off Wheel of the<lb></lb>
said Cart; by reason whereof the said off Wheel of the said Cart, did then and there go upon and pass<lb></lb>
over the Head of the said Mary Macglouson, whereby the said Mary Macglonson did then and there<lb></lb>
Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune receive one Mortal Bruise on her said Head, of which said Mortal<lb></lb>
Bruise she the said Mary Macglouson then and there instantly died And so the Jurors aforesaid upon<lb></lb>
their Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said Mary Macglonson in manner and form aforesaid, Accidentally<lb></lb>
Casually and by Misfortune came to her Death, and not otherwise, And that the said off Wheel of the<lb></lb>
said Cart so drawn as aforesaid, was moving to the Death of the said Mary Macglonson, and is of the Value of five<lb></lb>
shillings, and the Property and in the Possession of <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65203_n442-15">John Wilkins</rs>
