carrying out Beer, he saw a Cart drawn by some Horses<lb></lb>

Horses being then on the Near side of them, but is not sure<lb></lb>
whether the driver had hold of either of the Horses, or not<lb></lb>
says that he saw the off Wheel of the said Cart pass over the<lb></lb>
Head of the deced, says he then went up to the deced, and<lb></lb>
observed the Head of the deced very much bruised, the<lb></lb>
face having a large Wound, and another on the right Arm,<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
<lb></lb>
says that the deced was motionless and immediately Died,<lb></lb>
Deponent says that he verily believes the driver of the Horses<lb></lb>
could not at the time the Wheel went over the deced, see<lb></lb>
the deced who was on the other side the Horses, and that<lb></lb>
the said Driver did not afterwards attempt to make his Escape</p>

loaded with Stone and drawn<lb></lb>
by three horses (as she believes) pass by, says that a Man (whom<lb></lb>
she knew not) drone the Horses, was then on the near side<lb></lb>
of them, and that he lead the fore Horse, says that after the<lb></lb>
fore Horse and Man had passed by the Door where the Deced<lb></lb>
lived, the deced came out, for Deponent in sure Deced was<lb></lb>
not at the Door when the Man passed by, says that the<lb></lb>
off Wheel of said Cart went over the Head of the Deced, by<lb></lb>
which the Deceds Head was very much bruised and the<lb></lb>
Brains come out and that the Deced immediately Died,</p>
