Louchcame to his Death, do upon their Oath say, That on the Twenty second day of April in the<lb></lb>
Year aforesaid the said John Louch being a Coachman and carefully driving a Chariot drawn by a pair of<lb></lb>
Horses along the Road in a certain Place called Abery Farm leading from <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65203_geo419">Ranclagh</rs>

within the Liberty and County aforesaid; And it being<lb></lb>
near twelve of the Clock at Night of the said Twenty second day of April, and very dark, It so happened<lb></lb>
that a Person unknown was then and there driving a Coach drawn by a pair of Horses in the said<lb></lb>
Road towards Ranllagh aforesaid, and running against the said Chariot being very Dark as aforesaid,<lb></lb>
whereby the said John Louch Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fell from the Box of the said Chariot<lb></lb>
unto the Ground, and then and thereby the fall aforesaid did receive a Mortal Fracture in his right Leg,<lb></lb>
of which said Mortal Fracture he the said John Louch from the said Twenty second day of April in the Year<lb></lb>
aforesaid, until the Sixteenth day of May in the same Year, at the <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65203_geo422">Westminster Hospital</rs>

within the City Liberty and County aforesaid did languish and languishing did live, on which said sixteenth<lb></lb>
day of May in the Year aforesaid, in the Hospital aforesaid, he the said John Louch of the Mortal Fracture aforesaid did Dye; And so<lb></lb>
the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do say, that the said John Louch in manner and by the means aforesaid Accidentally casually<lb></lb>
and by misfortune came to his Death, and not otherwise. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said Henry Slawson<lb></lb>
Foreman, on the behalf of himself and the rest of the Jurors, in their presence, have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the<lb></lb>
