, on his Oath saith
That last Friday three weeks John Louch< no role >
the deced was
brought to said Hospital as a Casualty, says that next day
being Saturday Deponent saw Mr. Pile Examine deced, and
found a compound Fracture inthedeced right Leg, and a
considerable Laceration in the Calf of the same Leg
says that he saw deced every Day afterwards and by
Mr. Piles directions dressed the Leg, Says that it was found
necessary to take off the deceds Lag and that the same
was Yesterday about noon performed by Mr. Pile, depont being presence
and that Deced died the same Afternoon, and Deponent
verily believes that the said Fracture occasioned his Death

Oath saith that on Friday three weeks the deced was brought
to said Hospital as a Casualty, with a Broken Leg, says the
Deced informed her that as he drove his Masters Chariot from
Ranclagh
at Night, said friday three Weeks, he met another
Chariot in the Road near the Sign of the Hand and Colliflower,
and that he was thrown off his Coach box, and hung by the
Leg in the Carriage and was dragged a Long way, Says that
the Night was very Dark and that he did not see the Chariot
coming towards him until they met. Says that the Leg
of the deced was cut off yesterday in the said Hospital and
that he died there in the afternoon.
