within these Six Weeks last past, and verily believes the deced
dyed a natural Death.

Apothecary on his Oath Saith that on Saturday afternoon

there he found deced lying on the Floor appearing to [..]

opened a View, and he bled [..]
convinced Dept. that he was dead before he came, [..]
he pulled up the deced, Shirt to his Belly and found us [..]
of Violence.

Surgeon on his Oath Saith that he hath this Day examine
the Bordy of the Deced, and finds no Mark, of Violence
any where about the deced

WESTMINSTER CHAPTER MUNIMENTS


Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of William Terry< no role > lodging at the
House of said William Mason< no role > or her Oath Saith that the
deced was ill of a Fever for about two Months last past that
last Saturday afternoon She heard the deced go up Stairs into his
Mother Bed Chamber and present afterwards heard a noise as of some thing fell says that Soon of for she heard his
Mother come up Stairs, and cryed out to Dept. that the deced
was dead on in a fit Upon which dept. came down and
went into the Room with Mrs. Mason, and found the deced
lying on the Floor in foaming at the Mouth and [..]
Upon which Mrs. Mason called her Son William [..]

Mr. Battiscombe to let the deced Blood, says she [..]
was by when he was blooded, but he bled but a few
drops, and was dead as Dept. believes. says that she knows
of no Ill treatmt. given to the deced by the Father or Mother
and that the last Correction given the deced that she knows
of was about three Months [..] ago, which was given the deced
by his Father with a Birch Red, and which she believes did
not hurt the deced
