Examination Dept. found a Wound on the top of Deceds<lb></lb>
Head and the Scull underneath Fractured, Says that <lb></lb>
the Deced continued in the Hospital, that he had very little<lb></lb>
hopes of her Recovery, and that she died there yesterday<lb></lb>
Morning, the 26th. May, Says that since the Deced's Death<lb></lb>
Dept. opened her Head, when it clearly appeared that<lb></lb>
the Wound and Fracture were the cause of her Death<lb></lb>
And this Dept. further says that the Deced was not at<lb></lb>
any time perfectly Sensible in the Hospital to Depts.<lb></lb>
Knowledge. And Says that the Wound appeared to have<lb></lb>
been given with some blunt Instrument.</p>

, where she was immediately carried. Says that she<lb></lb>
continued there until the 26th. when she died. And this<lb></lb>
Dept. saith that the Deced has been at times disordered<lb></lb>
in her Senses ever since Easter 1767.</p>
