chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the<lb></lb>
King, when, how, and by what Means the said Joseph Fearnside came to <lb></lb>
h is Death, do upon their Oath say, That the said Joseph Fearnside on the<lb></lb>
Fifteenth day of July in the Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the<lb></lb>
Liberty and County aforesaid, to Wit, at the Bottom of Salisbury Street, <lb></lb>
going into the <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65211_geo837">River Thames</rs>

, there to bath himself, It so happened<lb></lb>
that Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune, he the said Joseph Fearnside<lb></lb>
was in the Waters of the said River then and there suffocated and Drowned;<lb></lb>
of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the said Joseph Fearnside then <lb></lb>
and there instantly died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath<lb></lb>
aforesaid do say, that the said Joseph Fearnside in Manner and by thea<lb></lb>
Means aforesaid accidentally Casually and by Misfortune came to<lb></lb>
his Death and not otherwise. In Witness where was well the said<lb></lb>
