on his Oath saith, That Mrs. Turner and frer Maid Servant<lb></lb>
(who live opposite to Dept. in said Street) come to him on Monday last between four & five o'Clock in the Afternoon and<lb></lb>
desired him to come to Mrs. Turner & House to open the Deced's<lb></lb>
room Door on the Second Floor in Mr Turner's House upon which he went and found the Deced's room<lb></lb>
Door Bolted on the inside, Says that after calling to her<lb></lb>
Several times and having no Answer Dept. with a Pick As <lb></lb>
forced open the Door and went into the Room where he found<lb></lb>
the Deced Hanging by a small Cord which was fastened to the<lb></lb>
Rail at the feet of the Bed and about her Neck, Says that<lb></lb>
he felt her Right Hand, which was Cold, and the Deced<lb></lb>
dead, and appeared to have been Hanging some Hours.</p>

about three Years, Says that She was infirm (being about<lb></lb>
Eighty Years of Age), and uneasy in her Mind, That she some<lb></lb>
time last Winter took some white Precipitate which is of<lb></lb>
a Poisonous Quality, but Mr. Lindsay the <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65211_occ289">Apothecary</rs>

being<lb></lb>
called in, gave her something that caused her to Vomit violently<lb></lb>
by which means she recovered, Says that the Deced on<lb></lb>
Sunday last complained of her Head, was very uneasy and <lb></lb>
Spoke very incoherent, That she did not go into Bed that<lb></lb>
Right, the he desired her so to do, and that the Deced was<lb></lb>
much disturbed in her Mind on Monday Morning last when<lb></lb>
Dept. left her in her Bed chamber, and Dept. says that he believes the<lb></lb>
Deced was at times Disordered us her Senses.</p>
