the Deced was Servant to Dept. and drove<lb></lb>
Dr. Warren as Coachman & his lady (the same being a waiting Jobb<lb></lb>
of this Dept.) for about Eight or Nine Months last past<lb></lb>
Says that Yesterday Morning between Seven and<lb></lb>
Eight o'Clock Dept. went up into a Hayloft in his Yard<lb></lb>
where Deced used to keep his Hay, and from thence<lb></lb>
went and looked into on Inner Loft where the<lb></lb>
Straw is kept, and in that Left he saw a Man<lb></lb>
Hanging, by a Hatter which was tied about his<lb></lb>
Neck, and put around one of the Beams of the Left<lb></lb>
Says that he then took it to be one Samuel, another<lb></lb>
Coachman, and did not then go to the Deced, but<lb></lb>
ran into the adjoining Publick House and Acquainted<lb></lb>
Mr. Powell therewith who went to the Deced and<lb></lb>
immediatley after this Dept. and several other people<lb></lb>
went to Deced when one Mr. Newman ent the<lb></lb>
Cord by which Deced was Hanging, and Deced<lb></lb>
was laid upon the Floor, and appeared to be dead,<lb></lb>
Says that a <rs type="occupation" id="WACWIC65212_occ67">Surgeon</rs>

was fetched who attempted to bleed<lb></lb>
the Deced, and afterwards told the Deced that he<obscured></obscured>

Tuesday Evening last by one of the Coachmen that the<lb></lb>
