chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the<lb></lb>
King, when, how, and by what Means the said Elizabeth Blockley Came to<lb></lb>
h er Death, do upon their Oath say, That the said Elizabeth Blockley, not being<lb></lb>
of sound Mind Memory and Understanding, but lunatick and distracted,<lb></lb>
on the Nineteenth day of March in the Year aforesaid, at the Parish<lb></lb>
and in the Liberty and County aforesaid, one End of a certain piece<lb></lb>
of small Cord unto an Iron Spike fastened into a Wooden Beam in the<lb></lb>
Lumber-room in the dwelling House of the Right Honourable the Earl<lb></lb>
of Waldegrave situate and being in the said Parish Liberty and County,<lb></lb>
and the other End thereof about her own Neck, did fix tye and fasten,<lb></lb>
and there with did then and there hand suffocate and strangle<lb></lb>
herself, of which said Hanging Suffocation and Strangling she the<lb></lb>
said Elizabeth Blockley then and there died. And so the Jurors<lb></lb>
aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Elizabeth<lb></lb>
Blockley, not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding, but<lb></lb>
lunatick and distracted, in Manner and by the Means aforesaid did kill<lb></lb>
herself In Witness where of as well the said Coroner, as the said<lb></lb>
