King, when, how, and by what Means the said Man Unknown came to<lb></lb>
h is Death, do upon their Oath say, That the said Man, whose Name is unknown<lb></lb>
not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding but lunatick and<lb></lb>
distracted, on the Fourth day of April in the Year aforesaid, at the<lb></lb>
Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid, to wit, into the River<lb></lb>
between <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65212_geo511">Chelsea Bridge</rs>

and the Fire Engine, there did cast and throw<lb></lb>
himself, by Means of which said Casting and throwing, he the said Man<lb></lb>
unknown in the Waters of the said River was then and there Suffocated<lb></lb>
and drowned, of which said Suffocation and Drowning he the said<lb></lb>
Man unknown then and there instantly died. And so the Jurors<lb></lb>
aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Man<lb></lb>
unknown, not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding<lb></lb>
but lunatick and distracted in Manner and by the Means aforesaid,<lb></lb>
did kill himself. In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner<lb></lb>
