that there was a story smell of Gunpowder on the
Room, That she spoke to the Deced who looked at her
but made no Answer, Says that the Deced was
lifted up and put into a Chair, and soon after laid
upon the Bed, That Surgeon was fetched who
examined the Deced's wounds, and said that there
was no hopes of him and Deced died in about one
hour, Says that she picked up the Deced's Night cap,
of the Floor and in it found two leaden Shigs or piece of Bullat Says
that the Gun was always kept in the Corner of the
Deced's Bedchamber, and that the Deced several
times cautioned this Dept. not to meddle with it,
as it was always kept charged. And this Dept.
says that she believes the Deced that himself with
that Gun, And says that the Deced's pains were
sometimes very violent,andThat he was at
times very low Spirited, and then said to Dept. It
is all over with me, And Dept [..] that [..]
believes the Deced was not at all times in his Sense
