That on the 31st. day of July last (as Dept. believes) <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65213_n2248-2">Thomas<lb></lb>
Heritage</rs>

was brought to said Hospital as a Casualty<lb></lb>
having a Wound on the Right side of his Head.<lb></lb>
about one Inch and an half in length, Says that he<lb></lb>
Dressed the Wound, and that the Deced was in<lb></lb>
the care of Mr. Watson one of the Surgeons of said<lb></lb>
Hospital, Says that the Deced continued in a good<lb></lb>
way for a considerable time, and Dept. had great<lb></lb>
hopes of his Recovery until about three Weeks ago<lb></lb>
when Deced grew worse, and notwithstanding<lb></lb>
every care was taken of Deced, he died in said<lb></lb>
Hospital on Friday last, Novr. 19th. as Dept. thinks,<lb></lb>
And Says that his Death was occasioned by the<lb></lb>
hurt abovementioned</p>

Front of the said House, That he than with one hand<lb></lb>
leaned upon the End of the Timber which broke off<lb></lb>
and Deced fell down off the Ladder to the Ground<lb></lb>
being about five feet in height, Says that he Deced<lb></lb>
