Informations taken this 11th. day of February
1774 at the Parish of St. Margaret within the
Liberty of Westmr . in the County of Midsex upon an
Inquisition touching the death of Joseph Dell< no role > lying
dead in the said Parish Liberty and County.

David Hynds< no role > House Surgeon at the Westmr.
Hospital in the parish of St. Margaret Westmr . on his
Oath saith That on the 5th day of January last Joseph
Dell
< no role > the Deced was brought to said Hospital having a
Compound Fracture of the Right Leg Says that for
some time they had hopes of his Recovery, That
not with anding all proper care was taken of the Deced
he died in said Hospital yesterday Morning the
10th day of February Instant, in consequence of the
Fracture abovementioned

Thomas Turner< no role > Carter to Mr. Macey Life< no role > of
Craven Street Coal merchant on his Oath saith That
on old Christians being the 5th day of January last he had been with
his Cart to Deliver some Beans in the House Ferry Road
and on his Return hour stopped at a look Shop in
King Street Westmr . to eat his Supper, his Horses
being in the Street at the Door Says that when he
was in the Shop he saw Joseph Dell< no role > the Deced, who was
Carter to said Mr. Life, and who had been with Coals
into Petty France Westmr, driving his Horses along
King Street towards home with his Empty Cart,
Says that he went out of the Shop and followed the
Deced towards home with his Empty Cart, Says that when
he was going down Brewer's Yard out of the Strand
he heard the Deced Call out to Dept to stop, and
