Parish Liberty and County.

Bright, but Dept does not know his Christian name

on his Oath saith That on
Sunday Night last ( Febry 20th.) about three Quarter after
Ten o'Clock he saw the Deced lying down upon his
side with his Breaches unbuttoned, under a Gateway
by Mr. Barry's the Glazier's shop in Hungerford Market
in the Parish of St. Martin in the Fields
, says that two
Women come up to him, and told Dept. that the Deced
came out of the three Jolly Butchers in Hungerford Market
Says, that he felt the Deced's Hand which was Cold That he had no Pulse and
Dept. believes that he was dead, Says that he went to
the Watch house and acquainted the Beadle there with
and Deced was carried away to the Bonehouse in a
Shell. Says that he observed no Marks of violence
upon the Deced and believes that he died in a
natural way.
