on his Oath saith, That he was on Tuesday<lb></lb>
last (Novr. 29.) on Duty attending his Majesty to<lb></lb>
the Parliament House Says that when his Majesty<lb></lb>
was in his State Coach in Old Palace Yard Dept. being<lb></lb>
on the near side of the Coach, saw a Man on the<lb></lb>
Ground with his pace downwards on the offside<lb></lb>
of the Coach between the fore and hinder Wheels<lb></lb>
but Dept. did not see either of the Wheels pass<lb></lb>
over the Deced, who lay upon the Ground and<lb></lb>
did not move, as Dept. could see, nor can Dept.<lb></lb>
say how the Deced came to the Ground.</p>

Pushing one of the Constables who was Guarding his<lb></lb>
Majesty, that the Constable and others were pusing<lb></lb>
the Deced, in order to keep him from the Coach, that<lb></lb>
the Deced fell down just before the off fore Wheel of<lb></lb>
his Majesty's Coach and that the forewheel immediately<lb></lb>
passd over his Back and that the hinder wheel either<lb></lb>
touched or went very near the Deced's Head, who then<lb></lb>
lay with his face down wards, but Dept. cannot say<lb></lb>
That his fall was caused by the Constable or the other<lb></lb>
People pushing him, the Croud being then a great</p>
