Spoke very Little, Says that when she served
the Deced with the Pot of Beer on Monday Night
the Deced was very Pale and her looks wild, that
she said to Dept. I'll owe you a half penny, and
wet away with the Beer.

William Young< no role > a Soldier on his Oath saith
That on Monday Night last about Eight o'Clock
Dept. was in Mr. Price's House in Hedge Lane when
Mr. Baldwin came there and in great Confusion
desired Mr. Price to go with him, but he being
busy Mrs Price followed Mr Baldwin out and
in about two Minutes Dept heard her called out
and on his going to Mr. Price's back Door, he saw
Mrs. Price at Mr. Baldwin's Door who desired him
to go backwards which he did and in Mr. Baldwins
Yard he saw Mr. Baldwin support the Deced who
had a Cord about her neck and one End of it
over a Nail, but not fastened, but loosened
by Mr. Baldwin as Sept. Apprehends, says that
the Deced was dead, that a surgeon was fetched
who did not bleed the Deced Saying that she had
hung almost half an hour and that it was too late
Says that he heard no Noise in the Court, and
believes that the Deced Hanged herself.

John Baldwin< no role > of Princess Court Hedge Lane
Shoemaker on his Oath Saith, that the came home
from work between Eight & Nine o'Clock on Monday
Evening last, and finding the Parlour Door upon the
Jarr, and no light in the Room, he called to Deced
and having no answer and seeing a light in the
Yard he went into the Yard and saw the Deced
Hanging there, upon which he went to Mr. Price
and desired him to come with him, says that
Mrs. Price followed him to the Deced, who was
Hanging by a Cord fastened to a Nail drove into
a Beaker, and about her Neck, says that he

Lifted up the Deced and got the Cord loose
and by the Assistance of Mr. Young a Soldier
Carried the Deced into his Apartment. Says
that the deced was dead, and believes that
the Deced Hanged herself. says that the Deced
has been very low Spirited at times for three
months last past. appeared sometimes Confuced
and Complained. of a pair in her Head and
Knowing in her Stomach.
