sound Mind Memory and Understanding, but lunatic and distracted on
the said Twentieth Day of May in the Year aforesaid at the Parish aforesaid within
the Liberty and County aforesaid in the Shop of him the said

there situate with a certain Razor made of Iron and Steel, which he the

then and there had and held in his Right Hand, the
Throat or Gullet of him the said

, did then and there Strike
stabbard Penetrate, thereby then and there giving unto himself with
the Razor aforesaid in and upon the Throat or Gullet of him the

one Mortal Wound of the Length of three Inches,
and of the Depth of One Inch, of which said Mortal Wound,
he the said

then and there instantly died.
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do say,
