fall was merely Accidental

Sarah Woodward< no role > on her Oath saith That on
Saturday last Dept. was in the Fourteenth Ward in
St. Margarets Workhouse when she heard a Stick
fall upon the Stairs opposite to her That in about
two or three Minutes she saw Robert Dunn< no role >
the Deced fall down the Stairs to the bottom near
the Laundry Door, Says that Mr. Comfort and a
Woman raised Deced up, who was not able
to speak or [..] Move, and appeared to Dept. to be
dying, Says that there was no Persons upon the
Stairs with Deced when he fell down, and believes
that his fall was accidental

Surgeon on his Oath saith That he this day
Examined the Body of Robert Dunn< no role > in St. Margt.
workhouse, and on the back part of his Head
found a very small Wound which was of no
Consequence, Says that the Deced for some time
has been very weak and of late more feeble
and Dept. thinks that the Deced died in a
fit
