Informations taken this Twenty
first day of February 1786 at the
Parish of St. Margaret within the Liberty
of Westmr . in the County of Midsex upon
an Inquisition touching the death of
John King< no role > lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Jacob Lloyd< no role > Surgeons Pupil at the Westmr. Hopt
in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . on his Oath
saith That the Deced John King< no role > was brought
to said Hospital on Saturday the Eleventh Instant
as an Accident having a violent Fracture
on the Right side of his Head, having fallen
from a Hay left upon some Rough Know, in
a Stable as Dept. was informed Says thatn
several Picees of the Skull were taken out
and all persons [..] taken of Deced in the
Hospital but Deced died there last Night
about six o'Clock in consequence of the
Fracture, abovementioned.

Westmr. Coach Master on his Oath saith that
on Saturday the Yard when a Child the
was sweeping the Yard when a Child the
Younger Brother of the Deced called to Dept.
saying that his Brother had fallen out of the
Hay left, upon which Dept, went into the Stable
and found Deced lying upon the Stone Pavemt.
in the Stable unable to speak or move himself
Says that he carried Deced to the Westmr. Hospt.
in the Hoy left but his Younger Brother and
believes that the Deced fall was merely
accidental
