the Necessary and saw the Deced sitting<lb></lb>
upon the Seat, there, incluining to the Right<lb></lb>
side and his Head against the Wall<lb></lb>
Says that he bled from the Head which<lb></lb>
ran down his Cloaths to the Floor, That she<lb></lb>

the Deceds left side in the nessary with<lb></lb>
which the Wound was given and Dept.<lb></lb>
believes that the Deced Discharged the<lb></lb>
Pistol himself, and Says that life Deced deed<lb></lb>
immediately of the wound above mentioned<lb></lb>
Says that the deced was naturally of a cheart<lb></lb>

chon but for about a fortnight last<obscured></obscured>

was very Melanchely and low Spirited, Says<lb></lb>
very little and appeared different from who<lb></lb>
