John Batist< no role > Butler to the Right Honble Lord
Amherst in Grafteen Street in the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square in his Oath saith
That the Deced has lived there about six
months as under Butler, Says that about
half hour or three Quarters after Eleven
this Forenoon Dept. being in his own Room
heard a Noice below in the house, and
was soon after informed that the Deced
had shot himself in the Necessary, and
soon after heard that he was dead, Says
that a Surgeon had been fetched who [..]
that it was too late, and Dept. believes that
the Deced shot himself Says that the
Deced has been very [..] [..] and in
a low Spirited way for about a forting
last past, and was very different from
was he used to be

on his Oath saith That George Young< no role > the Deced
used to step with this Dept. That the Deced
has been Melancholy and low Spirited for
about ten days or a fortnight last, but Dept.
does not know the reason.
