within the Liberty and County
aforesaid and that the said

three Years and upwards being Riding in the said last it so happened
that Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune the said

fell out of and from the said Cart unto the Ground in the
said Road or Kings High way aforesaid and thereby then and there
Received divers Wounds and Bruises in and upon his Head and
Stomach of which said Mortal Wound and Bruises he the said

Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

the Infant in manner and by the Means aforesaid
Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune came to his Death and not
