on the twenty seventh day of June in the Year aforesaid at the said Parish
of Saint Margaret within the Liberty and County aforesaid, to Wit, in
Queens Square there situate, was unloading a Certain Cart loaden
with Bricks and taking the Horse from the said Card, it so happened
that by then falling down of the Shafts of the said Cart the said

a Mortal Fracture in and upon his left leg, of which said mortal

seventh day of July in the same Year did languish and languishing
