eight day of April 1789 at the
Parish of St. Clement Danes within
the Liberty of Westmr . in the County
of Midsex upon an Inquisition
touching the death of Catherine Foster< no role >
lying deced in the said Parish Liberty
his County

Mary< no role > the Wife of John Hogan< no role > a Taylor
Lodger at Mr. Rogar Gastrall in Hurlack
Court in the Parish of St. Clement Danes
on the Garret, on her Oath saith, That
Catherine Foster< no role > and her Husband Isaac
Foster
< no role > were Lodgers in the same House
on the found Floor in a Room under
this Dept. Says that on Sunday last in
the Afternoon about four o'Clock Dept.
being in her own Room, when she heard
some very rise Language and on
opening her Door she heard Mr. Foster
and the Deced Quarrelling and enlling
each other very had Nines when mr
Foster called the Deced a Whose several
times, tho she said that he was not man
rought for her, he would gove her her
Belly full (the Deced being then Blastin
her Eyes and colling her Husband very
bad Names, Says that [..] Foster they went
into his Room, to the Deced and shut his
Door, That Dept. immediately after heard
sciffleing in Deced's Regin heard one
Blew given but cannot tall by whom
and immediately some body fell down
upon the Floor, Says that in about half
a Minute She heard the Deced say
Mr. Foster, Mr. Foster I have done I have day
