Informations taken this Fifth
day of Mary 1789 at the Parish of
St. James with in the Liberty of Westmr
in the County of Midsx upno an Inquisiter
touching the death of Harriot
Bridge hunt

said Parish Liberty and County.

Thomas Smith< no role > of Poland Street in the
Parish of St. Jmes Wastmr . Taylor an his
Oath Saith That Harriot Bridget Hunt the
Deced has Lodged a week in Dept. House
Says that she appeared to be addreted to
Liquor and Dept was informed by him wife
and one of his Lodgers that the Deced
when she see home about Eight oClock
on Saturday Evening last appeared to be
much in Liquor Says that the Deced
did not come down Stairs on Sunday
That on Monday Morning the Fourth
Instant This Dept Want up Stairs to
Deced's Room Door and after [..]
calling Deced Several times and having
no answer He with a Man that brought
Deced's Goods forced upon the Door and
Found the Deced lying in the Bed being
dead, but dept observed no Marks of
Violence upon her, Says that the room
Door was Locked and the Key in the
Lock on the inside of the Door
