was coming Home into the House<lb></lb>
of Sir George Comwall Situate in Stantlope Street in the said Parish of Saint George<lb></lb>

within the Liberty and county aforesaid and Coming down a Ladder<lb></lb>
on the Back part of the said House It so happened that the said Hugh Makey<lb></lb>
accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fell down off and from the said Ladder<lb></lb>
upon and against the Stone pavement at the bottom thereof by means whereof the<lb></lb>
said Hugh Makey did then and there receive one mortal Wound and Contusion on<lb></lb>
the right side of his Head of which said Wound and contusion he the said Hugh Makey<lb></lb>
at the said of Saint George <rs type="placeName" id="WACWIC65229_geo842">Hanover Square</rs>

within the Liberty and county<lb></lb>
aforesaid from the said Eleventh day of may in the Year aforesaid until the<lb></lb>
Thirteenth day of the same Month did Languish and languishing did live on<lb></lb>
which said Thirteenth day f May he the said hugh wound and contusion<lb></lb>
aforesaid did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say<lb></lb>
that the said Hugh Makey in manner and by the Means aofersaid Accidentally<lb></lb>
Casually and by Misfortune came to this Death and not otherwise</p>
